The 31st American Royal BBQ competition will take place between October 1st and October 3rd 2010 in Kansas City MO. The American Royal is considered to be the Superbowl of BBQ with over a hundred of the best teams in the world competing in the invitational competition and almost five hundred teams competing in the open competition. The American Royal is a fantastic event to experience, I was there last year, this year both Neil and I will be part of the British BBQ Society team. The team includes members from several British teams, all cooking under one banner representing the BBBQS. Team mebers are as follows:
